try some more, as they do the cream flavor quite well! A purely herbal tea (no rooibos) that I enjoy is Strawberry Rhubarb Parfait by DavidsTea, it can get a bit tart though, but it is good both hot and cold
If you assume they add the milk cold, then it would likely drop the temp. If they heat the milk prior to adding, though, it probably doesn't.
