Bancha Suruga from Den's Tea

Mecha from Den's Tea

My fav green tea so far. Does fine for long, boiling steeps (IMO, although I think I may have been born unable to taste bitterness) to create a cup worthy of a cold, early morning.

Jade Oolong #18 from Adagio Teas

Formosa Oolong #8 from Adagio Teas

Got a sample and was sold on oolongs immediately. On the light side, green, and a bit sweet.

Assam Melody from Adagio Teas

Nice, smooth tea to wake up with. Also makes a tasty iced tea.

Gunpowder from Adagio Teas

Delicious when cold-brewed, which is how I usually take it. Often with a little mint.

Rooibos Vanilla from Adagio Teas

This was my first rooibos, and it sold me on the whole plant. Wonderful on its own, or blended with another tea.

Silver Needle from Adagio Teas

Earl Grey Creme from Teavana

Easily my favorite earl grey. No need for any sweeteners or milk, though it won’t ruin it if you do go in for those sorts of things. This is my new preferred black tea.

Jade Oolong #18 from Adagio Teas

I can get 4-5 good steeps out of this before it starts getting noticeably weak, and the flavor is great. I actually like this a little bit more than the Iron Goddess. Wonderful blend at a wonderful price.

Six Summits from Teavana

Wonderful tea, though I haven’t yet had the new batch with the raspberries. Much cheaper than it seems due to the 5-6 steeps you can get out of it.

I didn’t get too much raspberry taste out of it, but I bought it right before they added real raspberries, so maybe it was old? Will update when i try the new stuff.

Utopian Jewel from Teavana

Great aroma, though the taste wasn’t anything to write home about.

Got into tea when I scaled back my drinking and fell in love.

I’m not a super-taster, so if I can’t taste the raspberry infusion just assume that it’s probably actually there.

Oh yeah, and I like my tea absurdly strong – think, like, Godzilla-strong – so my brewing recommendations aren’t for the feint of heart.
