Yesterday was not a good day.

Today was not much better, but I went straight home, opened my new packet of this tea and sat back to relax and destress.

The fact that the tea is really, really good is helping!

Tea to the rescue! :) A good soak in the tub and/or a good cup of tea has saved me many days!
