Morning protein smoothie infused with cold brew:
200ml coconut milk
100ml Berry Poppins
40g Syntha-6 Cinnamon Bun protein powder
122g frozen banana
I was worried it was going to be weird but it all worked out. The juicy berries ‘n’ cream from the cold brew pairs so nicely with the cinnamon and vanilla notes in the protein powder, and the banana ties it all together. Next time I’ll toss in 50g of frozen raspberries.
