1120 Tasting Notes
I got a sample of this a year ago (maybe two?) and only just got around to making it since I wanted to try it as a sun tea and needed a good jar. Since it was my first time making sun tea, I don’t want to judge it too harshly as any issues I have might have been my mistake. In any case, this is a solid black tea with a slight fruitiness; nothing really stands out to me about it but I am enjoying it.
I cold-brewed this yesterday, and was surprised to find that I like it more this way (I usually stick to fruity teas and tisanes for cold brewing). It brought out more of the flavor, and one of the things that bugs me the most about this tea is how bland it usually is.
