gmathis drank Authentic Green Tea by Celestial Seasonings

A nice bagged alternative for the times when you just don’t want to fuss. The white tea erases a little of the green-veggie aftertaste you get in a lot of teabag greens. I’m thinking it will ice down well.

I love both white and green teas, but I don’t like deceptive names. :(

There’s a little banner on the box that says “white tea added for smoothness.”

Well that makes it kinda ok, I still wish names of certain teas would be a more accurate reflection of the tea itself.

Somebody asked me once when I became a tea junkie; I think it dates back to college when I needed caffeine for a 7 a.m. class but chose not to do coffee. My favorite teapot is a medium-sized Brown Betty given to me by my Mema; the painted flowers are chipping off, but the size and feel is perfect. I rejoice when I get a morning to brew a pot of loose tea starting with a kettle; not a bag and a hot pot.
