Haven’t drank any yellow teas before, but since they had a sale of 50% off on this tea and I read such great reviews I thought I would try it.
This tea is supposedly Teavanas most expensive tea. Well I gotta say it is my favorite tea from Teavana!! This tea is mellow, smooth, delicious. I love it! I wish I could afford to drink it all the time but I definitely will check for sales and pick it up when ever I can!

This my favorite Fenghuang oolong that I have had. I have been trying others to see if I can find one as good but less expensive. Have tried many but this the standard by what I have been measuring the others. Has peachy notes that I have not been able to find with others.

This is the first tea I’ve tried from several that I bought from What Cha. The shipping was fast, it was packaged well and I received the order with no problems. A handwritten note and a sample tea was included with the order. This Kenya Premium White tea is beautiful! On opening the sealed bag the smell was wonderful. The bag has the water temperature and steeping instructions which I find very helpful in getting the best cup of tea possible. This tea had no bitterness or astringency. I don’t really go into “taste like baked bread, carmel, fruity etc.” I just know that its a really beautiful, calming tea that I was able to resteep several times with it tasting wonderful each cup. My husband and daughter who aren’t big tea drinkers had some and said “this is our favorite of all the teas you have right now!” That is saying a lot! I have not had many white teas in my cupboard but this tea will now be a staple for myself and to serve friends and family!

This tea came with the flashed chilled double pack of pitchers from Costco. I actually liked this tea a lot. I just cold brewed it overnight in the pitcher in the refrigerator. It was a nice amber color and had just enough mango or tropical flavor without tasting artificial. I added a few drops of stevia to my large glass and it was just right. I will make this again and enjoy it even more when the weather is warmer

I got a double pack of iced chilled tea makers from Costco. LOVE these! The tea infuser is very fine so nothing gets thru the filter and the filter is very long so it goes all the way to the bottom of the pitcher. One of the pitchers comes with the tea infuser the other comes with a fruit infuser which I haven’t tried yet. The size of this pitcher makes it fit perfect on the side of the refrigerator.

So I received my teadrops and my daughter received hers that I sent as a gift. The packaging was great-comes in a little wooden box that holds 8 individual star shaped teas. She loves tea and loves trying all flavors. She is really on the go (teacher at an outdoor science school so spends her whole day outside) She was thrilled with how easy it was to use and just added it to her go cup along with boiling water. She loved the cardamon flavor and wasn’t put off by the sediments at the bottom of the container. I too, thought the packaging was wonderful. I love cardamon so I enjoyed the tea flavor. I added a splash of milk and a drop of stevia. I used a mug so occasionally stirred my tea and did still end up with some sediments but it doesn’t bother me (I drink french press coffee so am use to sediments on the bottom of my cup). This really does make a nice gift for a tea drinking friend or as a sweet gift to yourself. If you are into the whole tea process and meditative steeping this may not be “your cup of tea” but it is a fun, novel approach to tea.
