I love pumpkin spice everything. I don’t know why I’ve increasingly gotten the impression that that’s a bad thing to admit, but I do. When fall rolls around, I get all antsy in anticipation of the inevitable Apumpkalypse of pumpkin spice flavoured everything. The fact that some Tim Horton’s have pumpkin spice muffins in store all year long now was something I initially was wary of (“But it won’t be special any more!”) but have now embraced with open arms.

Anyway. Pumpkin spice speech aside… the tea. I love it. I saw it on the DAVIDsTEA website and knew I had to order it. And enough tea to get the free shipping, naturally, damn them. I ordered 100 g because there was no way this could disappoint, and even with my ridiculous expectations of pumpkin bliss, it hasn’t! Lovely cup, the spices are mellow, and it really does taste… not like a pumpkin pie, but like a pumpkin cake my mom bakes. Sweet, pumpkiny, and slightly spicey. I love it.

And how adorable are the little pumpkin sprinkles! Yet another tea that I look at and think it’d look cute in a little bowl.

I’m mostly on a mission to try ALL THE BLACK TEA at the moment. When I do venture out of my niche, it’s mostly to dabble in pu-erh and roasted anythings.

Annnd mostly to keep myself consistent…

1-40: Ptoo ptoo!
41-60: Eh. Could do with or without.
61-70: Mm. Good but probably won’t get more.
71-85: Yum! Would keep a bit around!
86-100: ((incoherent slavering))
