When I pulled this tea from 24 days of tea calendar I was a little disappointed – probably due to the number of horrible detox teas that I have had over the tea counter. I was surprised and enjoyed the flavour. I think this makes a good winter tea in especially in the dark days leading up till the winter solstice. I will be buying a larger container to get me through the winter. As for the other health benefits of the tea, we shall see.
