1 Tasting Note
I bought this tea at the Philadelphia International Flower Show. I’m still concerned the $30 price for 15gm may be a ripoff (that’d be $960/lb.) though this is an exceptional tea! It tastes very fresh, light, and leafy with a slight sweetness. I’ve noticed the first steep is very light gold in color, but consecutive steepings make the color richer and a shade darker. It’s also more flavorful with consecutive steepings. This is my first tea note so I’m not sure I know the terminology, but these are my thoughts upon tasting!
