I love this tea, but only because I need something to wake me up in the morning, and it does the job very well—it’s got a somewhat nutty flavor too. However, I would not drink it during the day.

This is not my favorite green-mint blend. Kousmi used to have a better one with a stronger mint flavor and pieces of rock sugar mixed in, since the N. African taste is to drink it very sweet. I prefer the spearmint-green blend from TeaGschwedner, which also makes Le Touareg—gunpowder green with peppermint. Extremely strong and addictive!

this is one of my staple greens, but I only drink it iced. Very refreshing, almost minty, medium bodied, not too assertive.

This is my everyday sencha, but I only have it iced (steep in fridge 4 hrs-overnight). Lovely ‘buttery’ flavor. Definitely not traditional, but if you add a tiny pinch of saffron when cold-brewing, it’s just amazing.

A beautiful oolong, highly aromatic, mid-large leaves.

I purchased mine from TeaGschwendner.
A good standard Assam, medium-full bodied, very easy to drink. Reminds me of milk chocolate, dried figs and raisins, hay. I prefer a bigger Assam for the morning, this would be a good post-lunch tea.
