This is a brilliant night-time herbal that is completely free of chamomile! Almost as good as T2’s Sleep Tight.

I favor greens and spiced tisanes, pouchong oolong and a good white tea, but I’m not a big fan of fruit teas or hibiscus. A black tea has to be very very special for me to like it.
