Indestructible drank Rooibos de Provence by DAVIDsTEA

The Rooibos in this one is really strong, a bit too strong for me. The lavender and currents do add some interestingness, and it does remind me of France. Lavender tends to knock me out, so I have been using this as a before sleep tea some nights.

I got this as a sample, but I don’t think I will get it again. I like the uniqueness, but it is just too red-rooibos-y. I much prefer some of the other Rooibos blends that include Green from DT, such as Green and Fruity or Birthday Cake.

I am a mom of a 15-month-old and I work full-time from home. My life is busy and stressful, and I don’t sleep enough, but somehow it works.

My tea journey began by buying my dear husband some nice Earl Grey at David’s Tea for Valentine’s Day. I tried some samples with a tea sommelier who was wonderful, and I ended up bringing home a whole bunch of teas! Since then, I have lost 16 pounds by replacing unhealthy snacks with healthy tea! This is a way to indulge in treats every day, while still respecting my body. I still have a ways to go, but discovering all of these teas has really made my journey to becoming healthier more enjoyable!
