I wouldn’t say this was peach. Apricot, I think. A bitter aftertaste, but not thick like an overbrewed tea. Not sure I’m the biggest fan. It just doesn’t speak to me :/
That’s a huge switch, though, having a peach tea taste like apricot. I find most apricot (and some mango) teas just end up tasting like peach.
Hmm. I can see that. Stone fruits are difficult to capture I think.
