It is believed that chamomile is useful in treating anxiety and I feel tonight I can certainly benefit from that. Chamomile and lavender is a great combo – it smells lovely and I enjoy the taste as well!

Great as usual. Pondering if you know that you are drinking an expensive tea how does that impact the experience? Does it taste better? Hmmm …

The color is slightly greenish and some of the tiny tea particles have escaped the strainer and I watch them twirling around my glass cup until they settle at the bottom.
This morning it tastes particularly grassy which I don’t mind at all.

I have my fluffy blanket wrapped all around me, an extraordinarily thin and crisp almondina cookie and a cup of Sagittarius tea. That is the way to spend the evening!
I’m a big sucker for anything lemony so do like bergamot flavor a lot. I dunno but there is something uplifting about citrus aroma. Cream and vanilla add some smoothness and sweetness blending well with the bright notes of the bergamot.

I love the look of the leaves resembling dark green silky needles. The smell is very grassy and a bit off-putting. Some people, I recall, describing this tea as a broccoli water :) But I actually like the taste. It is grassy, vegetal not as sweet as Sencha.
Sometimes I think my body has a mind of its own and it says: “Give me more of this! I like it!”
Now, I’m talking to myself …. Sigh. Never mind, I’ll have some more tea.

When I saw that Adagio now offers Jasmine Silver Needle I was so exited as it is probably one of my top 3 favorite teas ever. Steeped it 7 min. @ 180°F
It is delicate and yet flavorful. The natural sweetness of this tea never fails to cheer me up! I could drink it by a gallon:)

You can think of pearls, balls or rabbit droppings – your choice. I think I prefer the first option. The smell is wonderful: chocolate, cinnamon and even cigars – I love it. I liked the taste as well: smooth and earthy. Good morning cup!

Suzi

‘Rabbit droppings’ is, in fact, the description that came to mind whin I saw the black pearls for the first time.
