This is probably my favorite unflavored iced tea. It tastes totally fresh and goes great with a light lunch.

Everything about this tea is slick. It’s packaged in a triangular patent-pending tin, and even though the name is Earl Grey Lavender, you have to read the small print to see that there’s oolong blended in too. It’s a nice surprise — I always seem to forget it’s in there until I pick up the cup.

Had a pot of this (from bag) at Little Giant in the LES. It tasted of citrus, even though the tag said straight-up Organic Green.
Vienna Green’s one of my favorites from Teany. The cocoa nibs make for a wonderful aroma and chocolatey finish. It’s a nice combination over conversation on a slightly chilly almost-spring evening.
Made this in my sorapot today. I rinsed the leaves for about 20-30 secs this time around and steeped for 4 minutes after that. I like the way it turned out.
