Dry, this blend smells very strongly of cinnamon, but once brewed it mellows out a bit. Definitely reminiscent of the pumpkin pie I baked last night! I added 1/2 packet sugar in the raw, and 2 tsp milk, which further melded the flavors into something like pumpkin pie with whipped cream on top. Mmm. Maybe I will try it again tonight with some actual pie!
