Janefan drank Matcha by Teavana

iced almond milk matcha latte with flaxseed.

(I prefer it as a smoothie w. same ingred + strawberry yogurt, but this will do until I make it to the store.)

well, the ground flaxseed works good in smoothies because it’s thick enough to suspend it. In the almond milk only version, the flaxseed bits all sank to the bottom. Flaxseed FAIL.
