Cold brewed 8tsp in 64oz filtered water for about 24 hours. The result was a light, well balanced tea with floral and citrus notes and no trace of bitterness. I like it! I am trying to drink unsweeteneed beverages mostly, so this will be a nice addition to my rotation of water, flavored water, and hot tea
