used this match to make a Matcha Green Monster smoothie following this recipe:

I used about 3/4 tsp matcha to split the difference withing the range called for, but next time will use the full tsp. I did not add any sweetener, used vanilla greek yogurt, and unsweetened almond milk. The texture was perfect (rich & creamy, but easy to drink) and the flavor is great, just needs a tiny matcha boost.
