28 Tasting Notes
As part of the 4 Hour Work week pack of Yerba Mate, I’m trying out the Mate with Peppermint.
First sip and this tea made me smile – there’s something about the smell of peppermint that makes me smile – it’s so refreshing. The peppermint really cuts the haystack-like taste Mate naturally has. With the many benefits of mate paired with the peppermint flavor it’s going to be very difficult to not drink this everyday.

Tastes like a wood pile.
New tea! This is much better than Rishi’s Yunnan by far. I like that it’s not too sweet and not too earthy. It’s smooth and I noticed a little bit or froth form in my tea basket (didn’t make it to cup tho). This would be a good tea for those who aren’t into the punchier black teas A&D offer, I think.
It’s still a favorite, could hold it’s own against Jakee Muntz.
New to my tea collection, received Series 2 as a Christmas gift.

Not the best Earl Grey I’ve had, but it’s a black tea and it’s what I need right now. Drinking it at Common Roots.

Cooking this up now. Makes the house smell amazing! I’ll be sure to edit this after I’ve tried tasting it. I predict it’s going to taste just as wonderful, if not better, than it smells.

I got the Kevin Rose starter set for a gift. Trying this tea for the first time it smells like popcorn or a box or Quakers puffed rice. I enjoy the taste of the Matcha powder, almost frothy…in a way
Brought some of this to work cause it’s really the only bagged tea I have left. It still, to me, doesn’t taste great; makes my tung all scratchy. When I get my first check, I’m buying some better tea.
