Almost done with this. Not terrible, but could be better.
Saw this at work and decided to try it. Not too bad. Lots of mint, not much black. Enjoyable, but not an everyday drink.
Hit this up last night actually, Good like usual :)
What more can I say. I love it :) (I’m almost out :()
Man I love this tea. I had left it at work while I was sick and working from home and it was so nice to come back to :) I’m going to need to order some more soon, but I’ll probably be trying Adagio’s version.
Decent. This is my first real oolong at home, and so far I’m liking it. Slightly vegetal, but not as much as a pure green. The jasmine is strong, but I like it that way.
Still liking this. It’s not as strong as it was in the store, but considering that the store probably also added sugar, I’m not complaining :) Nice spicy aroma and taste
I’ve had this a couple more times this week with lower steeping times, and while still a little bitter, it is much better.
I loved this tea. It wasn’t quite as strong as the tea in store, but it was still delicious. The best part is how fragrant this tea is. It made my whole office smell spicy delicious.
This is actually my 3rd steeping of this tea (the one from 2 days ago). It’s still decent, more vegetative and less Jasmine, but still enjoyable.
Yummmm. Beautiful jasmine scent, and wonderful jasmine flavor. The color is extremely light, i almost thought I had completely messed my steep up somehow, but then i smelled and tasted it. There is a hint of green tea and a wonderful strong jasmine flavor to it. It’s not an overpowering flavor, it is quite wonderful :)
This is one of the first teas I have bought from bulk at PCC. I had it for my morning tea, and for my evening tea. It’s a nice pleasant gently flavor, and a nice pleasant gentle aroma. The second steeping (this evening) definitely looses some of the punch. It’s a pretty good tea for a decent price. Especially considering it allows me to support local stores (PCC in Redmond)
I had this made while buying some other teas at Teavana last night. Good stuff, light, sweet tea flavor with a nice raspberry aftertaste.
I actually had this yesterday as well as today. I’m loving it. After thinking some more, i’m going to see if I can find an equally good Earl Grey Creme from someone who doesn’t charge as much (Teavana is $4.50 for 2oz).
Adagio is probably going to be my first trial. I’m also wondering what I should get to make steeping easier… I was thinking of getting something like Adagio’s Ingenuitea (http://www.adagio.com/gifts/holiday_ingenuiTEA.html), but it seems too single purpose, so now I am looking at various mugs and teapots. Any Suggestions?
2 tsp tea
16oz water
OH MY Goodness!!! This is the best Earl Grey I’ve had yet! The best tea I’ve had too. Good signs for my first cup of loose leaf!
Aroma is a wonderfully creamy mix of tea, citrus and vanilla. The vanilla is a little strong, but it also lends to the creaminess. The liquor is dark amber. The taste is wonderful, a good solid tea taste, followed by a lot of vanilla (maybe a little too much), finished with a hint of citrus (could use a tiny bit more of that).
I think I found my new morning tea!
decent. More flavor less bitter when steeping this way.

I like keeping a log of my teas, but I kinda want the feature to just note that i had it, as opposed to a full review.
Found a cool site today: http://steep.it. Tea timer that has some cool url rewriting. For example: http://steep.it/black will automatically start a steeping timer for 3 minutes. So will http://steep.it/3minutes. I used it to steep my Earl Grey today. This is 2 minutes less than usual, so we’ll have to see what difference it makes. If it is good here, I need to try this tea timer with the Gypsy Raspberry Earl Grey.
Water: ~ 8oz
Bags/Amount: 1 bag
Aroma: hint of bergamot, nice black tea smell
Taste: Little bitterness, still nice bergamot flavor
Wonderful smell, but slightly watered down taste. Makes me want to find something like this that is better though.
Much better this time. 2 bags to about 20oz water. The hint of raspberry is more of a tease, but it still makes a good Earl Grey
Have I mentioned that I love the smell of this tea? ;) Not much else to add
