I have been drinking tea since childhood. My grandmother brewed Red Rose tea with orange peels in it, added sugar and milk, and served us mugs of it with sliced cinnamon toast for dipping. When I was twenty I somehow stumbled onto Harney and Sons Black Currant and started to really get into tea. There are more than fifty kinds of tea at my house, though I am trying to slowly winnow it down to 20 or so basics that I drink regularly.
