286 Tasting Notes
I had been hoarding the last little bit of this I had left until an intense craving hit, but Courtney sent me some more to add to my stash. Vanilla sounded like an excellent choice for this afternoon, light but still comforting. I have my windows open and there is fresh air in my apartment! Eeeeee!
EDIT: I’m still drinking this, and on my fourth infusion I added a teeny-tiny bit of Peppermint Amour. GAH. That is lovely.
I don’t like this one as much as Marshmallow Treat, but it is still super tasty. I love how the toasty genmaicha works with the cacao and marshmallow root, it’s kind of perfect for s’mores. The sweetness is nice, too… it’s there, but it’s not overwhelming. Such a calming tea, I am so glad I got to order this.
I took this to work with me today and finished the entire mug about fifteen minutes after I got to the office. So smooth and delicious. I love peppermint teas, and the addition of the marshmallow root makes this one extra creamy and delightful. It definitely tastes like Christmas, but I would enjoy this any time of year.
Courtney sent me a bit of each of these, and I couldn’t decide which one I wanted more last night… so I mixed a little bit of spearmint in with the peppermint. It was amazing and delicious and soothing and I am a big fan.
I put some in the fridge, too, because I love mint water. Gah. I will be drinking this frequently.
