Once again, I took my Davidstea Bai Hao Yin Zhen with some freeze-dried banana. But this time, I added some unsweetened coconut flakes to the mix. It’s still super tasty but I think I prefer it with just the banana. Either way, my creativity is in full force.
I’m actually surprised that more tea blenders don’t use white tea for dessert-type blends. It adds the creaminess that black or green doesn’t give you without more additives. Given the prices, it seems more expensive but it seems to taste so much better than black tea + stuff.
