I haven’t had much luck with dessert teas that mix chocolate and mint because the mint almost always overpowers the chocolate. This is a much lighter mint and you can actually taste the chocolate, though I taste vanilla a bit more.

It kind of reminds me of the McDonalds St. Patty’s Day shake, which is oh so delicious but so horrible for you. I picked up some of bags to keep at work which was convenient today as I accidentally left my steeping mug in the dishwasher at home! Woe is me! I can get 2 steepings easily out of the bag which has a hearty portion and I add a touch of milk and a touch of sweetener.

(I may have also ordered the loose for home use, but don’t tell my husband)

I recently discovered loose leaf tea and am already addicted (much to my husband’s dismay)! I prefer fruity teas iced and savory teas hot. Looking forward to drinking and chatting.

Some likes/dislikes I’ve been noticing:

Likes:
Pineapple
Jasmine
Fruity White Teas
lighters Blacks
Most Oolongs (especially greener varieties)
dessert teas
tisanes iced that don’t require added sweetener

Dislikes:
Spicy flavors unless in chai
astringent black teas
heavy ginger teas
teas with licorice (as primary ingredients – somehow I like some where the licorice is in the back drop)
heavily oxidized oolongs

For my own reference, I’m only placing “full size” teas in my cupboard.
