Ok, I figured out the trick with this one. You really need to overleaf it. You think you’re adding too much? You are totally not. Once I added 4 heaping teaspoons in my 16oz mug (seriously heaping, I likely used 5 tsp really), I now don’t need to add sweetener. I can really taste the peach, it isn’t bitter and I get a very smooth, almost thick, mouth-feel. Basically everything I love about whites. Now if only I could have a variable temperature kettle at work… cause then I’d actually sip this one down at a much faster rate.
