Rich, creamy, coconut matcha with almond milk. Is there a better way to start your morning off? Sipdown #28!

It always sounds good when you throw in coconut and almond. Then I remember that it’s still matcha and I’ve only ever had one I liked and it had tons of sugar and spices as well as milk. :)

I am loving this one. Such a nice blend of creamy sweet floral goodness! I wish I had more of it. Thanks Daylon for the sample. So good and helping me thru the afternoon!

Sipdown #24!

TeaNTees

You’re doing so well Nichole! :)

Marzipan

Can I count all of the teas that I sold as sip downs? :D

TeaNTees

If it was all that you had remaining of each specific tea then I say yes!

Nichole/CuppaGeek

Aww, Thanks my dear! 24 in a week (ish) isn’t too bad.

& yes Marzi- I think you can!

Terri HarpLady

Rocking the sip downs!!
Samples definitely count, and BTW, samples from friends count as the bulk of my Sipdown Extravaganzas.

Daylon R Thomas

I have a little more that I could send if you like.

Nichole/CuppaGeek

Oh. . Daylon I may need you to send that to me here in a bit. . .

Daylon R Thomas

Okay, will do. I’m going to see what else I can throw in because the amount I have is probably three light cups worth at most.

Nichole/CuppaGeek

No worries. Take your Time. I’ll start working on another box for you too.

Liquid Proust

I went to go get some to split for you two… but then I realized that it’s the one and only tea I’ve sold out it. That shows how aware I am :/

Nichole/CuppaGeek

I actually went to your site to buy more and noticed that. It’s alright. I still have more of your tea I need to drink up first. Then I need to get that French Toast one.

I love this company and loved this tea. Sweet green tea love with hints of a roasted flavor. So good! I’ve never had a tea with meadowsweet flowers in it. I really enjoyed this one.

I think my taste buds might still be off from my sinus infection because I had a bit of a weird experience with this tea. But not in a bad way.

Brewed hot, this tea was more of a heavy roasted oolong cantaloupe tea with subtle hints of cucumber here and there in the background.

Brewed as an iced tea, I got more of the cucumber flavor with a sweetness that could be considered melon like at the end of each sip and the roasted oolong flavor throughout. It reminded me of water with cucumber slices added in.

I really like both ways, I just couldn’t seem to get both flavors in the same cuppa. But oh my did it ever smell like cucumber/cantaloupe. Smelt amazing!

This sounds tasty. I wish I liked oolong teas.

Anybody else try this one? I’m curious on what the flavor is. . Real curious.

This was a nice berry flavored green tea-strawberry to be more precise. I really liked it but only got the berry flavor because of this ick sinus issue I have going on right now that is making everything taste muted.

Flavors aren’t popping right now. Not sure what creative concoction he created for this one. Sad. I should have waited to try this but I needed a tea that wouldn’t let me down last night and so far I haven’t been let down by any of Liquid Proust’s offerings.

It might be raspberry dragonfruit infused hibiscus with a confetti like tea mixture…

Nichole/CuppaGeek

Ahh- That would make sense. . . .

apieceofquiche

Whoa whoa whoa – “raspberry dragonfruit infused hibiscus with a confetti like tea mixture…” sounds delicious.

I love Astrolo Teas. They are fresh and unique in each and every cuppa.

What I also love is that you can pick whether or not you want the tea as a caffeinated tea or decaf. I picked caffeinated version so there was a gentle black tea base that was so perfectly mixed in to the blend.

This tea was sweet and floral all at the same time. Beautiful and light and fluffy. The description of the tea on the site compares the tea to cotton candy and I can totally see it. This will be a re order one of these days.

Had this yummy tea this morning. It was pretty good. I liked how it was light on the earl grey flavor with a nice kick of floral goodness. Loved starting my morning with this one.

Sipdown #12. . Woot! Woot!

Juicy fresh Peaches with a toasted oolong and creamy sweet honeybush. . . I’m in love! Well done Plum Deluxe. . .well done.

And sad. This is not a sipdown but an addition to the already overflowing tea stash that I am too embarrassed to say what the total number of teas is that I currently have in my cupboard. . . . but it is sooo good!

I’m back and hopefully for good! After a bit of a hiatus, I want to get back in the habit of logging my tea journey for various reasons.

I never know how to start these things. I’m a 40ish tea loving gal who enjoys tea parties, horror movies and polka dots/plaid. I have an amazing supportive husband who has allowed our house to be over run by tea in more ways than one. We have four kiddos between us along with our two furbabies that we love as much as they drive us nuts. Our family truly is our world.

Now on to the tea: I love all kinds. I’m not a huge fan of red rooibos- truly is my arch enemy but I love green rooibos. Beyond that, I’ll try everything once or twice to make sure I didn’t bumble up the steepings. Recently got into puerh and enjoying the adventure. If you are interested in something from me, just holler at me. I’m always up for trying new tea blends or sharing with others!

I’ve also started blending up my own teas at http://www.cuppageekteas.com/ I try to make fun unique blends to brighten someones day with.

I am also the admin behind SororiTea Sisters. If you are interested in reviewing teas for us, let me know!. We are always looking for guest reviewers or contributors: http://sororiteasisters.com/.
