Tea is an excuse to talk about what it’s like to be a human. But also: “It’s fucking tea!” as my wife says, and that’s something I can get behind. I think the balance can be found in the extremes. Be reverent sometimes and irreverent (to keep yourself honest) at other times. Moderation be damned!

Formally I resold the Zhi Tea brand through Amazon. This is the company that helped me fall in love with tea so I’ve got a soft spot for them.
