Brewed at 70°C in a big teapot.
I’m not a big fan of the Yuzu flavor. It was ok though, the flavor is strong enough without being overwhelming. This tea is only avaible in metal box for now, making it way over-priced.

LIght and sweet, flowery with a strong after-taste.

The scent of the leaves is heavily roasted and I think this taste should be very present if overbrewed.
The after taste is fruity and woody/roasted, very strong and stay in the mouth for a long time. It tastes like peach in my opinion.

The main taste comes from the black tea base, which I don’t really like.
When trying it the first time, 4 months ago, I found this tea had a taste of tomato and pretty nothing more to it.
I don’t know what happened with it but the taste has greatly improved, even the scent of dry leaves has changed.

I tried to reduce the time of the first two infusions to lessen the roast taste and increase the fruity taste. It works but the roasted taste remains.
