I cold brewed this one today because I don’t dare try it hot. Too much hibiscus.. It actually turned out very nice. It has nice pineapple and coconut flavor. The hibiscus adds a touch of tartness and gives it a nice edge. Very refreshing. I’m actually tempted to try making it a little stronger and adding a splash of rum..

The aroma of the dry leaf is sooo nice. The flavor is just the classic orange cream. It’s smooth and the flavors are balanced and blend well. No bitterness here. I enjoyed this but I think I wanna make it iced.
Hmmm… I got this tea free with my last purchase. When I opened the tin it smelled like barbeque sauce…. Ehhh…. I thought the flavor choices were weird. Cherry, caramel, and lapsang? Well I tried it tonight with dessert and it actually went perfect. It’s smokey but not too smokey. The cherry and caramel are light but seem to kind of smooth over the smokey. It’s an awkward blend but it really works.
Ooooo this one caught my eye on Adagio. It smells delicious and the flavor is even more so. It’s earthy, sweet, and is very refreshing. The ginseng is a nice touch. It has nice orange\grapefruit notes. The ginger pieces make it just slightly (like reealllyy light) spicy.
I don’t think I’ve ever done a note for this one… Well it smells like dark chocolate. The flavor is smooth and surprisingly delicate. I’m getting the lovely black base and then dark chocolate notes that kind of linger. It’s one of the better chocolate teas I’ve tried. I wouldn’t call it double chocolate though… It kind of reminds me of a dark chocolate syrup you’d put on once cream. I think it’d be nice to add some chocolate chips to push it over to the double chocolate side.
Mmm I always forget how much I like this one. I felt lazy and tired due to my pain pills (which suck. Good thing is I go to the doc’s office tomorrow so hopefully they can help..) so I dumped some hot water over this.
The aroma is SO strong with sweet cinnamon. The flavor is ok. It’s strong on the cinnamon side but it is like a sweet candy cinnamon. The apple is present and is slightly crisp and sweet. Kind of happy I had this on hand tonight. Now let’s hope I get some sleep :/
I received my packaged with all of my iced teas. I have a feeling that they’re going to go fast…. I thought I ruined this one because I oversteeped it by one minute and six seconds but it actually turned out ok. It starts with a strong black tea base and turns into a berry sweetness. It’s not overpowering in sweetness but it is just the right amount. It’s delicious and quite refreshing.
Mmmmm this tea is amazing. It’s sweet and has delicious baked notes. I’m always surprised at how good this is whenever I drink it.
Mmm I will love this blend forever. See previous notes :)
Thanks BrewTEAlly Sweet! I’ll be honest… I can’t really get any flavor out of this… Just a mild black tea with a slight aftertaste of pomegranate and raspberry. Nothing really makes it shine.
Probably not the best tea to be drinking at 10:30pm… But you know… Two weeks off equals who cares what time I go to bed. Party! Kind of… Anyways I made this to go with dinner. Which was curry and rice. And it was perfect! The flavor I’m getting the most of is the peppermint. The tulsi and mate is more in the background. I’m not complaining.. I really like this blend. It’s smooth and has a really nice herbal flavor.
I felt sad when I crushed my dried orange with this inside. But I reeaalllllyyyyy wanted a cup. It’s earthy and sweet with mellow orange and citrus notes. There is a very, very slight bitter note from the orange peel but it fits. For some reason it tastes like someone dipped their orange creamsicle in my pot. I enjoy this one quite a bit.
Thanks TastyBrew! Boy this was a wonderful surprise. The flavors mingle and are surprisingly light. The vanilla is a nice and smooth and the cardamom gives it a little bit of a nice spice. Nothing overpowering. I really like this one.
Thanks BrewTEAlly Sweet! Mmm this one is so sweet. The apricot is very present and very nice. Nothing artificial. It’s almost like an apricot jam. It would make a lovely iced tea.
So… I woke up and made a pot of this. But as I was waiting for it to cool I fell asleep and woke up an hour later… So it got turned into an iced tea today. It’s still good. Nice blueberry flavor and I’m getting more of a pastry type flavor. Fingers crossed I won’t be turning all of my hot teas into iced ones today…..
Having a pot of this. Totally forgot I had it. It’s enjoyable but yet again I’m left craving sweet potatoes with marshmallows.
Enjoyed a pot of this tonight! Such a lovely, fruity green :)
Yay for getting through tea samples! I’m gonna have a lot of time for that now. I hurt my shoulder and have a two week leave from work. Lots of tea and movies!
Thanks Shmiracles for this sample. It’s a nice blend of berry and cream flavors. It’s very relaxed and not in your face. The berry and cream are pretty equal and blend well together. Thanks again!
Thanks for this one TastyBrew! Ooohh this is a lovely tea. A nice and smooth black base with creamy vanilla. This is one of the better vanilla teas I’ve had. It’s very strong in vanilla and it is sooo creamy. Mmmmm :)
Sad day… I finished this off at work today :( I’ll miss it!
Oh my goodness. This iced tea is heaven! It’s a nice black tea with a smooth, creamy ice cream aftertaste. All of the flavors are present. Chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla :) I’m happy I ordered more!
Had a nice pot of this to start the day. Still one of my favorites!
Thanks Shmiracles! This was a random pick but I’m happy it was. 1.I had a tummy ache from dinner and 2. I’m watching a very frustrating scary movie. So that’s like doubling my tummy ache. This is enjoyable though. There is a lovely sweet note with the ginger. It’s pretty basic. Ginger tea with sweet notes. Thanks again :)
Well I wasn’t sure about this tea after trying DavidsTea’s cola tea. Which is….. Bleh…. But this. This is pretty delicious. It’s light in flavor and it even has a fizzy feel to it. The flavors are not overpowering and blend well. Can’t wait to try this iced. :)
