695 Tasting Notes
A nice green from the Traveling Teabox B. It’s very mild and vegetal. There is a nice floral hint but it’s still pretty light.
I asked my boyfriend to make a pot of tea and he pulled this one out. This is his favorite :] It was nice. Relaxing, too. Chocolate hazelnut is the dominant flavor.
I had a headache today and wanted a good malty tea… So I bought the sample package of Twinings tea. This was nice. Bold and malty. Nice flavor for a bagged tea.
Black Friday was today… Which is no fun for retail workers(aka me). It actually wasn’t too bad. I took this tea to work today because it has a nice chocolate flavor and I wanted something that might help me relax through the rush. It did nicely :]
Made this one with milk and sugar. I think I like the vanilla creamer in it a bit more but it’s still enjoyable :] It gives it a nice creamy note with the spice.
I could have sworn I did at least one note for this… Oops. Well it’s gone now and I’m sad. This is the most buttery oolong I have ever had. Mmm… I think one of my favorite smells is the aroma of a buttery oolong. Mmm this is very buttery with a thick mouth feel. It has a sweet buttered vegetable thing going on but the dominate taste is butter. Almost like really buttery peas. I love this oolong.
Backlog! I had this last night before bed. I forgot how yummy it was. The cranberry is there but it’s not too tart and it’s not too overpowering. There is nice lemon notes, too :]
I’m still kind of shocked that no one else has done a tasting note for this one. It’s really good! It’s very smooth and sweet. It reminds me of a caramel and chocolate brownie. Mmmmm :]
This one is finally gone! I’ve had it for so long and it’s gone! That’s ok. I need to finish more teas. I’ve always enjoyed this one. When brewed correctly it has a nice creamy vanilla flavor to it. It’ll be missed but probably not reordered anytime soon.
I don’t think I’ve ever logged this one but tonight I just want something… different.. I will admit that I hate the aroma of the dry leaf. It smells like vinegar. Very off putting.. But good news is that the vinegar aroma disappears after it’s brewed. The flavor is nice. The cucumber is very natural tasting and it blends well with the sweetness of the white tea. There is a nice vegetal note. It’s quite relaxing, actually.
