Still good, despite over-steep.
Milk covers it up.

Not great – rather bitter and kind of dusty.
I prefer my Earl Grey to be light on the bergamont and so find this to be completely acceptable.
Today, I sweetened my cup with tupelo honey which brings out lovely citrus notes.
Found it to be less strong than their usual Irish breakfast. My usual tsp of sugar overpowered the flavor.
I was surprised to find that I rather liked this one. Very strong, tart flavor – doesn’t need to steep long!

Has an interesting gingerbread flavor – a nice change from regular chai.
