ARGH. WTF is happening to my tastebuds?
Steeped the usual way, the usual time, with the usual amount, and it wasn’t until it cooled down that I got much of anything from it. It’s a long hard road, this cutting out of sugar.
Meh, I’ll keep trying with this one – I love it too much not too!
A few of my favorite teas (in no particular order):
*Dessert flavored blacks
*Breakfast blends
*Virtually any black tea (but lapsang/keemun!)
