500 ml. water, 3 tsp. leaf, at below parameters.

I’ve learned my lesson with this tea, and only drink it with sugar and milk. And it’s perfect that way – buttery pancakes with maple syrup, no astringency whatsoever. I love that I have conquered this tea – it was worth the many attempts at perfection to have finally gotten there!
