A very light and enjoyable cup. It’s fun to watch it steep as well because it starts as little rolled balls of tea and they unfurl into lovely leaves. Steeped this in my winter themed perfect mug (I need one for spring/summer) and I love covering it while it steeps and then when it’s time you open it and BOOM leaves ahoy. Anyway, this tea is very light and tasty, a bit vegetal, a little smokey, and a little bit of a raisin type note. Not bad, I’ve actually started drinking more green/white/oolong tea than black tea. Never thought I’d say that!

Delicious as always. :)
Love the way these leaves just expand, my teapot barely contains them!

Hm. This is Banana Nut Bread with a twist. I didn’t really care for the Banana Nut Bread (still have some in my sample bag). I wish DT would send some different kinds of herbals with their sampler kits (though I did skip the winter one).
This is more enjoyable than the BNB (too lazy to type it out again), but I don’t think I’d go out of my way to purchase it. It’s like BNB toned down with some coconut thrown in as well as a mix of some juicier fruits. Kinda weird, but not bad.
Yum yum. This tea has me smacking my lips after every sip! My first milk oolong of any sort, I have a sample from Teavivre sitting around as well so I will have compare the two later. They are both flavored I think (not super sure about this one), but that’s no problem.
Creamy and delicious, milky sweet. Just plain delicious! First steep, we’ll see how the others go. I’m glad I got a decent sized back of this!
Had this last night after a scary incident of losing one of my cats (still a kitten really) for a couple hours. It looks like she slipped out the front door when I got home and I found her (after much searching) on the steps leading up the next floor (we rent a condo). She was curled up in a little ball and looked miserable. I felt horrible but I’m so glad she didn’t go far. She does have a microchip and a collar but still… Anyway so I needed a nice cup of tea to calm me down.
I really loved the flavor, nutty and a lovely bit of cinnamon (which I love in tea). I also love the color change, tea should be fun. :) I’m a big fan of sprinkles in flavored teas as well! I’d definitely love to have more of this on hand, it was enjoyable to drink.
I have a bit of this as part of the Spring Collection. It smells amazing, even with my stuffy nose. I forgot to set the timer so it steeped for at least 5 minutes. Not bitter at all though and still quite tasty. I think I get a hint of pomegranate in there but it is mostly mango. The juicy mango flavor is the most prominent, as opposed to black tea. I bet this would make a great iced tea. No sweetener needed either, I think the sugar on the mango pieces might help. Very yummy!
This smells horrible, BUT it tastes okay and knocked me out last night so it did it’s job. Definitely wouldn’t drink this just to enjoy it. I’ll finish up the box but then I’m off to find a more tasty tea with valerian.
Too tired for a long review – but this was a free sample so I’ll do my best.
Lovely berry flavor but the smell throws me off a bit. The dry leaf (are they still leaves?) has a very medicinal smell. It doesn’t translate as much into the liquor but still slightly off-putting. In any case, not bad but I have other rooibos blends that I enjoy more.
My Try Me sample is all gone. :( Definitely putting this on the to buy list along with some more Smokey Mountain sTEAp and probably a few others.
I still can’t seem to figure out how to describe this but it’s certainly smooth and very delicious.
Yum! Lovely blend of caramel and almond and a hint of spice from the chai. However, not too spicy because I’m such a wuss. Added a bit of sugar and it made it perfect.
I’m still aliiiiive. I’ve just been swamped with work, vet tech school applications, etc.
Anywho, put in a recent order from Adagio with a gift certificate I got during Christmas and this was one of teas I ordered.
This smells freaking fantastics. I would inhale this all day long if I could. It reminds me a lot of Crunch Berries. Yum. The taste is lovely too, light and a bit fruity. The gingerbread kind of mellows everything out. I could easy drink pots of this. Still fiddling with temp/times but I’m pretty satisfied with my first attempt.

Yum yum. I’ve ben absent from Steepster because work has been so so crazy. Plus I’m finally getting over the flu/whatever I had and can taste again. No point in drinking all my lovely tea and not being able to taste anything!
I do love this tea, I was actually expecting it to be a darker oolong when I first got it but I like the orange and creaminess with the lighter oolong.
I’m officially sick now with some lovely cold/cough thingy. This totally tastes off but I really don’t care I just need tea!

Drinking this in my new DAVIDsTEA mug (“Eggnog Snowfall”), thought these two would go well with each other.
Winter Nog is very tasty and very fun to drink. I do love sprinkles in my teas :). Since I had a sip of eggnog this morning I think I actually do detect some noggy-ness in this. In any case, it’s sweet and creamy and perfect to snuggle up on the couch with.
Hope everyone had a lovely holiday. :)

Almost out, eee! I don’t really have any tea budget left to buy more though. I can only hope this will one day be a permanent tea hinthint.
Wow what a mix of teas and flavors in this one. It’s really very good I’m just afraid I’m going to be absolute crap at reviewing it! There are some lovely honey notes, something a bit toasty, something a bit sweet. I don’t know, it’s just really good!
Yum! Grabbed a sample size of this during the Black Friday sale. Really lovely and very tasty. I love teas with orange peels in them, especially the little swirly ones they make the tea look so pretty.
Anyway, this is delicious! Sweet orange flavor mingled with caramel and creme. It really does taste like a dessert. I’ve been trying to tide my sweet tooth with tea, and this definitely hits the spot. The fiancĂ© even likes it, I am slowly converting him. ;)
