I think I missed logging a couple of teas last week, because I most definitely drank some of this one (the loose leaf, not the bags). I think the coconut might be turning a bit soapy, but it was still drinkable, and I still enjoyed it – it’s just now in the “immediate sipdown” basket, so I will get through the last couple servings in the nearish future (before Christmas? Fingers crossed…)

So…I read this and thought, “Ooooo that immediate sipdown basket sounds like a good idea for me!” And then I remembered I already have one but that I completely ignore because I am impulsive and want to drink what I want to drink when I want to drink it. So, nevermind hahahah :)
Hahahaha. Honestly, I’m trying as hard as I can to drink the majority of my teas from the two baskets I have (one flavoured, one unflavoured) without delving into other things. It’s working better than usual, but usually I drink what I want to, as well. (Travel mugs are an exception – I try to choose teas in larger quantities for those, and teas I know I’ll like, so I’m not stuck with a dud when I have no other choices!)
That makes sense! The only basket I’ve been paying any attention to whatsoever lately is the “Better Try These New Samples From Companies You’ve Never Tried Before Black Friday So You Know What the Heck to Spend Your Budget On” basket ;)
One thing that’s making it easier to drink from the two baskets is that there’s quite a bit of variety (I don’t do well with restrictions). So this tea probably won’t be sipped down for a while, but hopefully within the month, because I’ll actually see it more frequently when I’m looking for a tea to drink. But I don’t have to feel overly confined to picking this specific one.
I also have a LOT of teas I’ve never tried… but I’m on a really tight budget now, so there will not be any Black Friday shopping for me (unless I’m a tiny part of a group order). Sigh. So those teas can wait… (most are probably no longer available anyhow, ahaha. Since a bunch are Butiki/Verdant/52teas/DavidsTEA).
