This blend was great to have at the end of a long day, especially with honey. The honey is needed after the first steep, as the tea loses its flavor. I also tried the diet tea at the same time as the relaxation blend, and found that the diet was more flavorful and was able to be steeped a greater number of times. All in all, a unique mix of the different types of tea and a good tea. However, I would not buy this tea again.
