Smooth and sweet. The rose really doesn’t make much of a statement here, but rather meshes and enhances the sweetness of the cooked pu’er. I’d advise multiple rinses before drinking.

A lovely, fresh, intensely floral jasmine green. Bring that temp down low and start out with quick steep, please!

Very fresh, mineral notes are strongest.

I swear, to me, there was a very faint background flavor that reminded me of cinnamon pears. That is the best I can describe it. It was an incredible tea experience. I am going to buy myself some for my birthday in Sept. because no one in my family would know how to choose a tea for me
