I think this is becoming one of my favorite teas. I like the lemon tang that isn’t too overwhelming and almost goes down smooth. It doesn’t need sweetener, either, but I added some agave anyway.

I like this tea but the sweetness is starting to wear on me, pushing it further down my list. I chose it today to accompany a ham sandwich, feeling that the sweetness would add a sort of “school lunch” feel to my meal.
I don’t think I steeped this longer than two minutes but this preparation came out really bitter. Still decent, but a little bracing.

I’m enjoying this very much today; it’s subtly sweet, has a bit of chocolate flavor that isn’t overwhelming.
I added a little bit of honey to cut the slight bitterness and make up for the sort of artificiality of the mint, and it’s really quite drinkable.
