Medium bodied, slighty sweet, and with definite hints of almonds and sugar cookies in the flavor. It’s my favorite tea to drink in the mornings; I brew a pot full when I wake up. I think it might go well with just a bit of sweetener and milk, for those so inclined, but I drink mine “neat.” Doesn’t handle a second infusion very well, unfortunately. And it will get bitter if you leave the infuser basket in the teapot for too long — I take it out after about 6 minutes.
