I had high hopes for this tea. I had tried other mates before, and I like raspberry, so I figured I would like this. It smells good dry, you can see raspberries and you can smell the lemongrass part for sure.
I brewed it, and my first thought was that it burned the back of my throat, my second thought was that it was way too lemony. I gave it a fair go, I brewed it a few times, but I had to give up, I just don’t like it. Not enough raspberry, too much lemon
I had the same reaction to this one… I am going to give it a chance iced before I give up on it!
I actually enjoy this one. I must be the odd duck out! lol For me it really depends on what day it is. I’m not huge on mate or rooibos.
Do you happen to have anymore left? i would be interested in trying it. maybe a swap. i dont have much but i would gladly do what i can.
I drink a lot of tea. I like the dessert flavors and I tend to like black and oolong the best. I have a tea shrine in my kitchen (profile pic)
