I’ve been sacrificing the last of my tin for iced tea. I throw several teaspoons in a 1 litre heat-safe water bottle with hot water and steep it overnight in the fridge (7 or 8 hours). Strain and sweeten in the morning, and try not to drink it all on the drive to work. This tea is slightly sour hot or cold, so I always add a touch of agave nectar however I drink it. There is a mild creaminess when it’s iced. Very delicious!
