YAY jasmine! These are delicious and delicate in flavour, and overall very lovely. I steeped it a bit on the weak side (1.5 tsp pearls in 500ml mug), but I’ll be re-steeping these throughout the night. I’m not getting any soapy taste at all, and I can’t stop sniffing the wet leaves. This sample will be gone in no time!
Update: I’m on the third steep of these leaves (leftover from the wee hours of this morning). The jasmine flavour is so light but still flavourful. A bit of astringency is coming through now, but not enough to keep me away.
