Ouch, I just poured half of this down my shirt by accident. But this doesn’t impact my review in any way. Though steeping this for a while, I find this tea a bit weak. I do taste some delicious ginger, but I’ve had much much better versions of ginger tea, chai, etc. I suppose I’m being too hard on a cup of Celestial Seasonings, but I’m just not a huge fan. Am dragging the little rating slider to right under the ambivalent face.

I have Adagio’s gingerbread sitting on my counter. I shall have it latte style when I get home from Vegan Dinner night w/ friends (It’s Medittereanean them night!". It will not be vegan though. Dairy is one thing I could NEVER give up… Honestly, I don’t think I could even do it if medicially necessary lol.

I am vegan twice a week and during “fast” periods with my husband, who is an Orthodox Christian (fasting entails being vegan). During the two annual fasts that last a couple to a few weeks I start to fantasize about cheese.

Goat pepper jack is my favorite! Drunken goat cheese is also very good.

Hehheh no goat cheese for me, but I love love pepperjack. And smoked gouda. And…well, most cheeses. I tried a cheese that was dark brown and tasted like caramel the other day though. Ew.

Actually… I lied. Harney & Son’s Lapsang Souchong cheese is my fave. But I’ve (sadly) only had it once.

Oh that sounds delicious! I’d love to try it.

Ironic since I don’t like lapsang Souchong lol.
