53 Tasting Notes
I buy the tea bags and use this at work. I fill up my cup part way with water from the hot water dispenser and then add about an inch of cold water. By the time I get back to my desk, my tea’s done steeping and I’m good to go. I reuse the tea bag a few times, so one bag takes me through the whole day.
I recommend making this in small cups. If it sits too long, it starts to get bitter.
My first at-home matcha experience. I’m enjoying it with some soy milk and a pinch of sugar. My first bowl was a little bitter. I think that the water was too hot for the tea or my 1/2 teaspoon measure was off.
This is my favorite black tea! I enjoy the nutty flavor and usually add a lot of cream and a little bit of sugar.
