2 Tasting Notes
My friend made me discover this tea a while ago and I thought it smelled fantastic, but I could not describe the flavour. I later bought 50g of it and I absolutely fell in love with it! Before steepes, it smells like apple pie with a hint of a nutty flavour. But once steeped, the experience begins. We smell the whole nutty part of it with a cinnamon smell that fills your nose. The taste is somehow very complex: a soft taste of apple in the background that then changes with sweet hints of beetroots, that is mixed with a cinnamon smell. That is all completed with notes of nuts.
It’s an amazing herbal tea. That’s the only way I can describe it.
