I was out today and stopped at a cafe on campus with my girlfriend. Was feeling a green tea so I picked this one up. I’ve had it before, but this was definitely the best cup yet. Steeped for about 3 minutes I believe. Result was a light tea with a hint of mint. I really enjoyed it.. it’s making me want another cup right now. Green tea taste is definitely there, and the mint is not overpowering but rather sweet. I highly recommend it.

I don’t know why I keep making this. I’m really not a fan. I just find the flavor completely bland and lacking, no matter how much tea I add. I tossed well over 3 teaspoons into 16oz of water but still the lemon flavor was light. Steeped for about 2 minutes. Eh. It’s not that bad, but I just personally don’t like the lightness of this tea.

I prefer it even more concentrated- 4.5tsp in 6oz water. I steep it for 1.5min, but if you want more flavor steep it up to the suggested 3.

Finally got the gist of this tea. Steep’d for about 2 minutes with a little over 2 teaspoons in 16oz of water. Really brought the smokiness out and gave it a real, smooth spinachy flavor. This was surprisingly buttery as well. Re order? MM yes.

Not bad tonight. I wanted something a little sweet and this hit the spot. I added a couple heaping spoonfulls to 16 oz of water, steeped for 2:30. Pretty nice, LIGHT tea. Sweet aftertaste. I think I’ll add even more tea to next steep and try to squeeze some more flavor out.

I grabbed a bag of this this morning and got a cup of “warm” water from one of the campus coffee shops. Needless to say, I thought it was going to steep terribly with this warm cup of water, but actually the opposite happened. For once I actually tasted the peach flavors in this. I’ve never tasted it before and it was quite good. Steeped for about 3 minutes I believe. I’m now a fan again.

There’s something funny about this tea; I don’t think it’s that amazing while I’m drinking it, but about 10 or so minutes afterwards I get this craving in my mouth of wanting more. I don’t know what it is :) hah. Anyway, steeped for about 2:30 the second time around and this seemed to bring out the flavor a bit more. This tea smells like lemon, but I’ve learned smells can be deceiving. It’s primarily a standard green tea with a very, VERY light lemon taste. Aftertaste is sweet however.

Had this for the second time this morning; needless to say, I found it much tastier. I think adding more leaves helped a lot, although I’m still not a big fan. I steeped it for about 4 minutes this time, and it made the tea much darker. It tasted a lot thicker as well. In terms of smokeyness, the roasted flavor in the description was there this time around. I guess I got the steep time/amount right. Definitely tasted that charcoal flavor. Not my favorite, but nicer than my last brew.

Best steep yet without a doubt. Rice/popcorn flavor is the first thing I taste, with a green tea-ish after taste. I like how the rice hits the tongue first. Put a little over 2 teaspoons into 16oz of water, seems like just the right amount. Steeped for 3:30. Enjoying. Right. Now.
