The more I drink this, the more I like it. I am struggling with the start of a back to school cold (a perennial teacher’s pitfall), so I am guzzling tea by the gallon today to try and flush my system out a bit. This did the trick for me, hot with not sweetener it was a cup of strawberry goodness. I find the rhubarb is really apparent when cold brewed (adding a big tart note), but, brewed hot, the strawberry really shines (making for a very juicy berry heavy brew).
