Things I am learning about this tea… Hot steeped the poured over ice, the fruit is the superstar. It shines through in every sip. Cold steeped overnight, hello rooibos base notes, there you are! This tea turned almost vegetal with the longer steep time. First sip I was not impressed in the slightest, but, with a little time (and me waking up), I really, really began to enjoy the flavours the tea was offering. Honestly, I am a bit surprised. I would not have thought this would have appealed to me, but I loved it. I will be taking this to work more often!!
